Ordering & Quotation

How do I place an order?
Upload your Gerber files on our Quote page, configure your PCB specs, and submit. Our engineering team reviews your design and sends a confirmed quote within 2 business hours. You can also email your files to jsdg@mayio.cloud or message us on WhatsApp.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept Gerber RS-274X files (industry standard), ODB++ archives, Eagle .brd files, Altium .PcbDoc files, KiCad .kicad_pcb files, and ZIP/RAR archives containing any of these. For PCBA orders, also provide your BOM (Bill of Materials) and CPL (Component Placement List) files.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No MOQ for PCB fabrication — you can order as few as 5 pieces. For PCBA (assembly), minimum order is 1 board for prototyping and 10+ for production runs.
How accurate is the online quote?
The online calculator provides a close estimate based on your specs. Our engineering team reviews every order and sends a final confirmed quote. The confirmed price may differ if your design requires special handling or if we find DFM issues.
Can I get a sample or prototype before bulk ordering?
Absolutely! Most customers start with 5-20 prototype boards to validate their design. We offer 24-hour turnaround for 1-2 layer prototypes. Bulk pricing kicks in at 100+ pieces.

PCB Manufacturing

What is your maximum layer count?
We manufacture 1 to 48 layer PCBs. Standard lead times: 1-2 layers = 24 hours, 4 layers = 2-3 days, 6-8 layers = 3-5 days, 10-16 layers = 5-7 days, 18+ layers = 7-10 days.
What materials do you use?
Standard FR-4 (TG 130-140°C), High-TG FR-4 (TG 170-180°C), Rogers (RO4003C, RO4350B, RT5880), ISOLA, Megtron 6, aluminum/copper core for MCPCB, and flexible polyimide (PI) for FPC.
What surface finishes are available?
HASL Lead-Free (most common, free), ENIG / Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (popular for fine-pitch), OSP / Organic Solderability Preservative, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, Hard Gold (edge connectors), ENEPIG (wire bonding). ENIG is recommended for BGA components.
What copper weights do you offer?
0.5oz (17.5µm), 1oz (35µm, standard), 2oz (70µm), 3oz (105µm), 4oz (140µm), up to 8oz (280µm) for heavy current applications.
Do you offer impedance-controlled boards?
Yes. We support impedance control with tolerance of ±10%, ±5%, or ±2%. Provide your stackup requirements and target impedance values. Our engineers will optimize the layer stack and verify with a TDR test report.
What quality standards do you follow?
All boards are manufactured to IPC-A-600 Class 2 as standard. Class 3 (medical, aerospace, military) is available on request. We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, UL, and RoHS certifications.

PCB Assembly (PCBA)

Do you offer turnkey PCB assembly?
Yes! We offer three models: Turnkey (we source all components), Partial (we source some, you provide the rest), and Consignment (you provide all components). Turnkey is the most popular — we handle everything.
What components can you source?
We source from authorized distributors worldwide (DigiKey, Mouser, LCSC, element14). We can source passive components, ICs, connectors, modules — virtually any electronic component. We also maintain stock of commonly used passives for faster turnaround.
What package types can you assemble?
We handle all standard SMD packages down to 01005 (0.4×0.2mm), QFP, QFN, BGA (down to 0.3mm pitch), CSP, and all through-hole (THT) components including DIP, SIP, and custom connectors. We also support mixed SMT+THT assembly.
Do you perform functional testing?
Basic visual inspection and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) are included free. ICT (In-Circuit Test), functional testing, and X-ray inspection (for BGAs) are available as paid add-ons. We can also follow your custom test procedures.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
DHL Express / FedEx / UPS: 3-5 business days to most countries. Standard shipping (EMS/ePacket): 15-25 business days. We ship worldwide to 86+ countries. Tracking number is provided for all shipments.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on board weight, dimensions, and destination. Typical costs: US/Europe 0.5kg = $15-25 via DHL. Shipping is calculated and displayed during the quote process. Orders over $200 qualify for discounted shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 86+ countries including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, Brazil, Mexico, Israel, Singapore, and most European/Asian countries. If your country is not in our list, contact us and we will arrange shipping.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. You can provide your DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number and we will ship using your account. This may reduce your overall cost.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). For large orders, we also accept Letter of Credit (L/C). Sample orders can be paid via PayPal for fastest processing.
What currency do you charge in?
All quotes and invoices are in US Dollars (USD). If you pay via wire transfer, your bank will handle the currency conversion at their exchange rate.
Do you require payment before production?
Yes, full payment (or 50% deposit for large orders) is required before production begins. This is standard practice for custom manufacturing. We provide a proforma invoice with all bank details.

Design & Technical

What are your minimum trace/space capabilities?
Standard: 6/6 mil (0.15/0.15mm). Advanced: 3/3 mil (0.075/0.075mm). For HDI boards, we support 2.5/2.5 mil.
What is the minimum hole size?
Mechanical drilling: 0.2mm (8mil). Laser drilling (HDI): 0.1mm (4mil). Minimum via: 0.3mm finished hole with 0.6mm pad.
Can you do blind and buried vias?
Yes. We support blind vias (connect outer to inner layer), buried vias (connect inner layers only), and micro vias (laser drilled, for HDI). Available for 4+ layer boards.
What is the maximum board size?
Maximum single piece: 500 × 500mm (20"×20"). For larger boards, we can panelize. Minimum board size: 5 × 5mm.
Do you provide stackup design assistance?
Yes. Our engineering team can recommend optimal layer stackups for your impedance and signal integrity requirements. This is a free service — just send us your requirements.
