An online PCB quote can be extremely fast if you send complete manufacturing data. The more complete your files are, the less time is wasted clarifying specifications.
What you should prepare
- Gerber files
- Drill file
- Board dimensions
- Layer count
- Quantity
- Thickness and copper weight
- Surface finish
For PCBA quotes
You also need a BOM and pick-and-place file. Without those, assembly pricing is only a rough estimate.
Best practice
If speed matters, upload a ZIP file with all fabrication files in one package and clearly mention any special requirements such as impedance control or edge plating.
