- Standard thickness and copper
- HASL or ENIG
- No blind or buried vias
What slows urgent jobs down
- Rogers or special laminates
- Unclear Gerber files
- Advanced stackup questions
- Assembly parts shortages
The fastest urgent jobs are usually standard prototype PCBs with complete files and no unusual fabrication notes.
